No baby...yet

This morning I awoke suddenly thinking that my water broke. Dusty and I were at the hospital an hour later. They ran tests and nothing was conclusive so they told me to get some breakfast, take an hour walk and then come back.

Two hours later we were back at the hospital with many more tests and an ultrasound. False alarm apparently. Now I'm home.

I'm pretty frustrated since everyone says "you'll know when your in labor". I really felt like I knew and now am so disappointed after spending hours at the hospital.

They hooked my belly up to many monitors during this process and I am having regular contractions (5-10 minutes apart). They don't hurt.

Wish my doctor wasn't on vacation.

oh! So sorry to hear that you had to come home! How frustrating! maybe it did break and the baby's head is just blocking the way so more can't come out. They probably checked for that though. Atleast all the contractions will help your body and WITHOUT PAIN!! =)
I'll keep you in my prayers!
so excited for you!

I hear ya - I spent several hours at the hospital thinking "this is it!" only to be sent home. However that was at 11pm at night and they sent me home with a sleep drug....at 2:30am I woke up and my water DID break :)
It will come soon! But don't feel bad, I didn't have a clue either!

I know it's a bummer, but your body is going in the right direction...he'll be here in no time (although I know how hard this last bit of waiting is!!)

Praying for you!
