Anyone interested in doing this with me (physically with me or in spirit)?
I really need to get exercising and this seems like a plan I can hang with. It's a 9 week plan from coolrunning.com. I think I'll be able to fit this in my busy schedule since it's only 3 workouts a week.

I did this plan in the fall and it was awesome! A great way to work up to running without feeling like you're torturing your body. Go for it!
I have done this plan as well. It is so very achievable. I went from being a non-runner to completing a 5k. It's "couch to 5" title isn't lying.
Now I'm building back up after a slacker winter - stuck around week 6/7.
Definately find a running buddy - it makes all the difference!
nice...are you going to do a race at the end?
I really want to do this after I have the next baby! I'm anxious to see how you like it, but I've heard great things about it :)
