Favorite "Guilt-Free" Foods

In order to keep the weight I lost off, I have replaced some of my fattening foods with healthier alternatives.

String cheese is a great source of protein and is very filling. I tend to buy the "light" string cheese also because it is also lower in fat. It isn't as stringy as regular string cheese but it's still good tasting.

Dannon Light& Fit is my absolute favorite yogurt. It has no fat and has no sugar added (uses some splenda) so it only contains 60 calories. My favorite flavor is blueberry.

I have a bowl of Uncle Same cereal almost everyday. It's made with whole grains and flax seed. It has 10g of fiber a serving so it leaves me full for hours. It can be found at Trader Joe's (cheapest) and Albertson's.
These fudge bars are great! Depending one what brand you buy, they only have 60-90 calories a bar because they are sweetened with splenda. Have I mentioned how much I love splenda?

What are some of your healthy foods or guilt free snacks?

I love ALL of the items you mentioned. (So who pointed you in the direction of most of those items???)

In addition, I like to spread a Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss wedge on sticks of celery. Each wedge is only 35 calories and fills 1-2 long stalks of celery (another good, low-cal source of fiber).

The Laughing Cow Light Gourmet Cheese Bites are only 7 calories each and you probably burn that many calories just opening & eating them!

I like the 90 calorie chocolate chunk quaker granola bars. They fulfill my cravings for some chocolate candy. :) I eat Kashi Go Lean breakfast cereal. 9 grams of protein and 8 of fiber - keeps me full for a long time!

The 'original gardenburger' gardenburger is my new favorite. Never tried them cause thought I wouldn't like them, but I they are tasty. And dry roasted almonds are a perfect snack, they take the edge off hunger
